SENATOR LEMAN noted the Senate Finance Committee adopted a                                                                      
committee substitute to SB 94 which would be available shortly, and                                                             
that it is his intention that it be adopted on the floor.                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS asked that SB 94 be held in the Rules Committee one                                                               
more day.                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN asked that it not, and that any proposed changes be                                                               
addressed on the Senate floor or in the House.                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR PEARCE moved to calendar SB  94-MEDICAL USE OF MARIJUANA.                                                               
SENATOR ELLIS objected.  The motion to calendar SB 94 carried with                                                              
Senators Leman, Miller, Pearce, and Chairman Kelly voting "yea,"                                                                
and Senator Ellis voting "nay."
